The Beginning

It started with a conversation

Our founder was a caregiver before she was an entrepreneur. Watching the women she loved most navigate incontinence with shame, awkward products, and ugly packaging made her furious — and then inspired.

She asked one question: "Why does every incontinence product look like it belongs in a hospital supply room?" Nobody had a good answer.

So she built Smile Created — a brand that treats incontinence care as what it actually is: a normal part of womanhood that deserves beautiful products and zero stigma.

We're based in Seattle, WA. We ship discreetly to women across the country. And we're just getting started.
