Smile Created is a consumer products brand based in Seattle, WA, offering incontinence care products and Confidence jewelry. Our website is operated by Smile Created.

2. Orders & Purchases

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Estimated delivery times are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email smile-created@polsia.app with your order number. Opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

5. Rewards Program

Smile Created rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and trademarks — belongs to Smile Created or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smile Created is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
